Cult status with tattoo-shop workers, bartenders, and line cooks getting off shift at 4a is not marketing copy — it is what the 22-hour operating window is built for.

What to order

The prosciutto or saucisson sec on baguette with everything and extra Magic Sauce; a fresh smoothie if it is daytime. Best window is late-night into pre-dawn when the tourist queue evaporates and the trade turns local.
