Stop 09 · Miami Beach

maman (Miami Beach)

French bakery, café, and lifestyle brand founded in New York by Elisa Marshall and Benjamin Sormonte, with a Miami Beach outpost that moved into the Sunset Harbour neighborhood — the same block Panther Coffee occupied for 13 years before their February 2026 lease-dispute closure. Fresh-baked breads and pastries, coffee program, weekday breakfast and lunch spanning quiches, hearty salads, and sandwiches. Best known for the nutty chocolate chip cookie that turned into a national signature.

What to order
The nutty chocolate chip cookie is the reason to stop — pair with a cortado or latte. Breakfast quiche or a smoked-salmon tartine for something heartier. Small dining room fills fast on weekend mornings; the takeaway line moves faster than the cafe seating.
