Sugar Express

U.S. Sugar's restored steam locomotives haul passenger cars out of Clewiston through the working sugarcane fields — a rare working excursion train on the country's largest sugar producer's private industrial railroad. The main run is the Lake Placid Limited (10 AM departure); the seasonal roster mixes public excursions with themed rides like the holiday Santa Express.
